*Previous or Current Affiliations - (for example, the name of an Academy you are currently with.)
*Achievements - (Tournament wins, in real life or Academy tournaments)
*Age - (For Age Appropriateness on this forum)
*Contact - (HAM user name, or email address, any form of contact is necessary)
*Location (Can be fantasy, or real location)
* Time-zone - (Is Essential)
Failure to Complete this form will result in Rejection, Successful Applicants will be put forward to the testing Procedure.
Testing Procedure:-
The Testing Procedure will consist of a match duel with deck siding. If Applicants are able to win 1 of the 3 duels or show a large understanding of card effects they will be put forward to final part of the test.
